What is the process of becoming a tea stockist?
We’re tea manufacturers who have a passion for selling high-quality tea. This means we know a thing or two when it comes to being a tea stockist.
If you’re interested in becoming a stockist for our tea, you need to reach out to us. Each business is different so our prices and packages can vary depending on your individual needs.
Once you’ve made contact, we will get to know the ins and outs of your business, so we can ensure we’re a good fit for each other.
We’ll then send some prices over for you to have a look through. Once you’re happy and the first invoice is paid, we can get your tea shipped out to you.
We aim to process wholesale orders within two days.

How do we decide which ‘kits’ are best for each stockist?
We do this by asking the right questions and looking at each business on an individual basis.
We have a variety of kits available that may or may not be suitable for your business, so it’s important we understand what you need.
A great example is if your business does takeaway tea options.
If so, we can supply ‘pack your own’ tea bags so that the loose-leaf tea can be brewed and enjoyed appropriately for people on the go.
Other items in our kit list include teapots and infusers.
Is there any training involved?
Every new stockist is entitled to one free hour session with us. This is available online or in person, depending on the location of that stockist.
Our training can also be condensed into a PowerPoint or printout, which can be easily sent over.
The training we provide is also tailored to each specific business so they can get the best out of each session.
For example, if you only sell herbal teas, that will be our focus. We will discard other teas within our range to maximise the training sessions.
Who can become a tea stockist?
As long as you own a business, have a suitable venue and align with our company ethos then you can become one of our tea stockists.
We can also supply companies with branded or unbranded products, depending on their preference.
What package sizes are available for stockists?
We will usually discuss sizes in our first meetings as this is an important aspect. We offer a variety of package sizes available for individual stockists depending on how much you plan on stocking.
If you’re a smaller business then we can supply you with smaller packages for tea orders that you want to test out. If these sell well then you can order one of the bigger packages available.
