White tea has the highest amount of antioxidants of any of the true teas. It also has the lowest levels of caffeine from all the true teas. Out of all our teas it has the most delicate taste, this is because its leaves are the closest to the natural form of the tea plant. Loose leaf white tea is enjoyed for it's delicate subtle taste.
