A Chinese artisan green tea. The finest spring green leaves are hand-rolled, wrapped in paper to form pearls and set aside until the Summer when the Jasmine flower comes into season. These open only during the evening, releasing their delicate, sweet and floral aroma, and are placed over the pearls seven times in order for the fragrance to be absorbed. Watch the pearls unfurl when infused with hot water.
