Silver Needle

Due to the finesse required during plucking and production, this white tea is one of the rarest and most desired teas in the world. These platinum coloured, young buds are handpicked for only a few days each spring, bringing a delicate, refreshing flavour with notes of melon and cucumber. High in antioxidants and low in caffeine, this is a truly excellent tea.

Jasmine Pearls

A Chinese artisan green tea. The finest spring green leaves are hand-rolled, wrapped in paper to form pearls and set aside until the Summer when the Jasmine flower comes into season. These open only during the evening, releasing their delicate, sweet and floral aroma, and are placed over the pearls seven times in order for the fragrance to be absorbed. Watch the pearls unfurl when infused with hot water.

Matcha

This Ceremonial Grade Matcha is grown on the outskirts of the ancient city of Kyoto. Made from the nutrient-rich young leaves of the tea plant, this Matcha has an impeccably intense umami flavour and velvety soft finish. Versatile and easy to use; brew as a tea with hot water or with milk as a latte, add to smoothies or juices for a super food boost, or add to your flour in cake or bread mixes for added flavour.

Tea Pot

The perfect pot to infuse your loose leaf teas. Easy to use and beautiful to watch as you allow your brew to steep to your desired colour and strength. Holding up to 400ml, we recommend this serves 1 person. Made of reinforced glass with a stainless steel lid and fitted with a mesh filter to catch any stray leaves.
